“Hokkaido has an abundance of natural beauty and my family is pleased to choose RevePlanner to organize our private family trip. I have two elderly parents and one younger sister travelling with me. Pamela had done an excellent groundwork as the mountain routes, travel kit, maps and even meal recommendations were all well thought-out. My family was glad to go with her recommendations, especially to visit the various mountains in one day. By doing so, we were able to enjoy more beautiful scenery; and had sufficient time to rest in between places instead of rushing from place to place.
The itinerary was awesome. We enjoyed the changes in scenery as we moved from town to town. We like the picturesque mountains, beautiful lake and scenic nature scenery. We were so glad that we caught the snow since it was our first snow fall experience. We loved the authentic Japanese meals recommended to us. We enjoyed the crabs from the famous Crab’s Specialist restaurant in Sapporo very much as they were gigantic, sweet and fresh. We also found the map and travel kit very useful as it gave us clear details on transport directions and food options. We used it very frequently during the trip.
My family was also pleased with their extra-mile services. Our private driver, Takahiro drove us to some excellent places to have a bird’s eye view of the three cities we visited in Hokkaido. He even brought us to Okurayama to see the ski jump stadium, drove us to see Otaru Canal again at night, let us indulged in the very famous Le Tao’s cheesecake in Otaru for high-tea and ate the best hamburger, soba and ramen in Hakodate, Lake Toya and Sapporo respectively. RevePlanner has assigned a wonderful driver to us. Takahiro is a very caring and attentive person. On a particular day, I accidentally stepped on a stone and hurt myself. He was kind enough to drive me to a Drug store to get medication. I even remembered there was another day when all of us were feeling cold in the mountain and he offered some hand warmer for my family.
We enjoy every moment spent there. We want to thank RevePlanner for making our Hokkaido trip a dream come true and creating many beautiful memories in our hearts. We will definitely engage RevePlanner for our next private family trip in the near future.”
