“We had a wonderful and fuss-free trip to Tokyo and Kawaguchiko in winter 2016 with the help from Gourmet Trails who arranged an itinerary which met our requirements of good food recommendations, animal petting shops and fascinating sight-seeing places. They were able to pre-book a rental car which was a relief to us where spoken/written English is very limited. The car even comes with an English GPS!
