We wish to thank you for putting together the itinerary for us and putting us in beautiful hotels – the onsen experience at Yama-No-Chaya was memorable (we were truly spoilt) and Hotel Kanra was unexpected! I am still recovering from the experience, not too sure that I actually made the trip and am back in Singapore! And a big thank you for not letting us stay overnight at Shiragawa-go – we now understand why..”
