“We have come back from Switzerland truly satisfied and impressed by your thoughtful planning! Kelly and I really appreciate the pace of the itinerary that you have planned for us. It was not too rush, and therefore we were able to take some time to admire the beauty of Switzerland.
Equally impressive were the exotic activities that you had included in the itinerary. We particularly loved the Tamina Therme (especially after a physically-exhausting walk up the Heidiland) and the guided nature hike with Ms Doris. Ms Doris deserved a special mention; upon seeing that we were inappropriately dressed for the hike, she generously took us to her home and provided us with the right gear. Throughout the hike, she exhibited her professionalism by looking after our safety while educating us on the various plants and animals we encountered along the way.
