“Pam made arrangements for our family of 4 to travel to Switzerland and Italy in autumn 2015. The trip was quite tough to plan given our family’s diverse needs, but the team did a great job and our elders thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A couple of highlights included Gourmet Trails food recommendations, the easy hike in the Swiss alps with our fabulous guide – Doris, and the very knowledgeable contact in Rome – Marco.
