Best time to visit
Spend a morning in the Motovun forest with a truffle hunter and his dog, followed by a delicious truffles lunch at the family estate! White truffles, black truffles and olive oil from Istria. Explore Ljubljana’s Central Market food stalls and historical Old Town including the city’s iconic bridges and a hilltop castle fortress. Afterwards soak in the vibrant dining scene and shopping streets.

Off to the beautiful Lake Bled where you will board a traditional pletna boat to the island church in middle of the lake. Thereafter enjoy a scenic driving tour of pristine gorges and valleys. Stop by a local bee farm.
Istria countryside
A hidden gem of rolling hills and delicious produce… We visit a lovely family-owned vineyard and sample local wines, olives & cheeses. Tuck into Dalmatian lamb and local pastas.
