St Petersburg

Day 1. 2. 3.
Meet & greet at the airport and your holiday begins! Caviar and vodka tasting. Experience the white nights where the night does not become fully dark, summer festivities and the impressive Scarlet Sails celebration. Excellent seafood. Famous traditional snacks.

Special admission before opening time: to the Hermitage Museum. Jewelled eggs at Fabergé Museum. Beautiful city architectures, visit the iconic Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood and wander at leisure at Peterhof summer palace with over 130 magnificent fountains in its landscaped gardens.

 
 

Moscow

Day 4. 5.
Ride the highspeed train from St Petersburg to Moscow.
Take in the city’s iconic buildings on a 2.5 hour cruise on the Moskva River. We also explore Moscow on foot: the Red Square, St Basil’s Cathedral, and visit the Kremlin including the Armoury Chamber’s collection of Fabergé eggs. We take in stunningly beautiful subway stations, and the best market in the city for local produce and food. Dine at one of the World’s Best 50 restaurants.

Golden Ring (overnight)

Day 6. 7.
Next we head into the countryside to the little towns of Vladimir and Suzdal. Step back in time to charming wooden cottages and a slower pace of life. Admire a different kind of architecture and learn about peasant traditions at the Open-air Museum of Wooden Architecture. Make & bake pretzels at a local family-run bakery!

 
 

Moscow

Day 7. 8.
Spend the last night back in Moscow with an excellent dinner of crabs & wine. Private transfer to the airport on the last day.
