About Us

In 2009, RevePlanner began as a consultancy for private bespoke travel. In the era of whirlwind packaged tours, our itineraries were a breath of fresh air! We then built our capabilities and continuously finetuned connections throughout the years, eventually becoming the world-class travel expert of today.

Promoting WORLD cuisines: Delicious food in all forms

Beyond the ideals of European finedining, the definition of gourmet is truly extensive when we travel the world. In 2021, we coined the term Gourmet Diversity to recognise good food in all forms.

…and we continue to expand our little black book of contacts and tasty shortlists!

Time is precious.

Even more so when a short window of time is carved out for travel. Hence our role is really as stalwart of your time, and maker of memories.

We continuously travel for research, test new itineraries and stay updated on the latest dining scene so that you can savour the best. Every Gourmet Trails journey we craft is designed to allow clients to truly experience the essence of a place: Be a Traveller, not a Tourist

Weaving into destinations we visit as temporary locals (instead of tourists) naturally promotes greener travel and supports local businesses. It allows genuine moments and real connections with people we meet. Seeing the world through a different lens and coming home a little wiser – isn’t that why we travel after all?

Beautiful and diverse, I believe the world deserves more than been-here-seen-it checklists. Our idea of the perfect journey is when you stand in awe of nature, immerse in local cultures, learn a different way of life, meet new foods…

Travel that Connects Us.

Founder of Gourmet Trails

Delicious food in all forms

When Michelin ranked Japan for the first time, its evaluation criteria had to be adapted to a unique dining landscape. Tiny 8-seat establishments were in fact a local version of gourmet dining. In Oaxaca Mexico, some sauces are so complex that they are prepared collectively by the community. While Middle Eastern spreads are a feast for the senses!

Gourmet Diversity is a phrase we coined in 2021 to recognise the variety of culinary excellence across world cuisines that is determined by quality and taste. It is a concept that good food comes in different forms: traditional and modern, hearty and molecular. The world is a tapestry of flavours.
